Premier, Deuxième
This is the first men’s collection from Albino Deuxieme who is extending their brand. I noticed them initially on www.thefashionisto.com and through a press release. I find that their show was styled well and can see them searching for their niche in many of their looks. I really liked the sandals they showed, but couldn’t help feel that they looked very Raf Simons to me. I did enjoy some of their prints they used and think they should explore that more in their next collection. While most of the pieces I liked- I think I found myself searching for new shapes or something to define them that would make me go out and buy…other than the balloon raincoat or interesting prints.
